Lovely welcome, room adequate, no telly or wifi in room. It did feel 'out of season' and the menu reflected this as in not all available. Very quiet too which we liked. The surrounding area is very run down with a lot of rubbish laying around. The breakfast was lovely and generous. Murat particularly took excellent care of us but other staff lovely and helpful too. Visit Erdek its really worth it..lovely fishing town a km along the road.

Rooms were extremely dirty including walls and there was no lock both on balcony and main door. Had to exit and book another hotel nearby before the initial checkout. Had the worst experience ever. Think million times to book there!!

El hotel no tiene nada que ver con las foyos publicadas, habitaciones sucias pero afortunadamente nos cambiaron de habitacion. Realmente lo que salva al hotel es lo serviacial de todo el staf, los chicos del restautante, recepcion etc se llevan el credito.

Otel genel anlamda çok güzeldi, beach kısmı akşam çok güzel oluyor. Fakat tek sorunu temizlik… bizim odamız havlular falan değişmişti ama genel temizlik yapılmamıştı. Ama tekrar gider miyim, evet giderim ☺️

Arkadaşımla birlikte konakladık , plajı gayet keyifliydi ama oda için aynı şeyi söyleyemeyeceğim banyonun yenilenmesi gerekiyor, bu çağda şofben mi kaldı Allah aşkına :D suyu son ayarda kullansanız bile o kadar az akıyor ki sinir krizi geçirirsiniz ayrıca mevsim yaz olmasa su sizi dondurur bunları da geçtim duş başlığı berbat durumdaydı yani anlayamıyorum kaç para olabilir bir duş başlığı bunu sık sık değiştirseniz ? Otelin çevresi ve plajı iyi ama genel olarak bir sinek problemi var dışarıda ya da balkonda oturulamıyor. Odada sadece 2 priz vardı birine TV takılıydı zaten :D eskiden kalma çok fazla dolap alanı var içeride ama kimsenin kullandığını sanmıyorum zaten içleri çok kötü. İkinci günün sabahı ablalar temizlik ister misiniz diye sordu ama ablaların da yapacak çok bir şeyi yok dediğim gibi banyo kötü durumda klozet vs duş alırken bir yere değmemeye çalıştım ve kendi terliğimle duşa girdim. Oda çok fazla vakit geçirebileceğiniz ve rahat edeceğiniz gibi değil artık fiyat performans mı denir ne denir bilmiyorum böyle şeyler sizin için önemli değilse konaklayabilirsiniz. ( bu arada biz ana binada konakladık , bahçeli odalar sanırım daha yeni onlar hakkında bir fikrim yok)

Güzel ve sakin doğa, güleryüzlü hizmet
İstanbul’a yakın olması, doğası, sakinliği, hayvanseverliği, güleryüzlü ve ilgili çalışanları, beach ve restoranı ile bizim çok memnun kaldığımız bir tatil oldu. EKİP Öncelikle check-in’den check-out’a kadar iletişim kurduğumuz her çalışan çok güleryüzlüydü ve her konuda bize yardımcı oldu. Hepsine ayrı ayrı çok teşekkür ederiz. PERLA RESTORAN Perla Restoran çok keyifliydi. Biz oda + kahvaltı olarak gittiğimiz için akşamları Perla Restoran’da yedik. Harika manzarası, ambiyansı, güleryüzlü ve hızlı çalışanları, lezzetli yemekleri, zevkli müzik listesiyle bizi çok mutlu etti. BEACH Denizi çok temiz ve çarşaf gibiydi. Çalışanlar da denizi temiz tutmak için ekstra çaba gösteriyordu, arada rüzgardan bir şey uçtuğunda hemen gidip aldılar. Aynı şekilde burada çalışanlar da çok ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü. Güzel kokteylleri, plaj voleybolu alanı ve zevkli müzikleri de artılarından. Ayrıca dönemsel oluyorsa bilemem ama biz 3 gün boyunca hiç deniz anası görmedik (en çok bu konuda çekiniyorduk). Tek eksiği plajdaki masaların sık temizlenmemesi olabilir. Akşamları şezlonglar düzenlenirken onlar da temizlenirse ertesi gün gelenler için iyi olacaktır. SERVİS Konaklamamız süresince hizmette aksama gibi bir durumla karşılaşmadık, hem sahilde hem restoranda sipariş verdiğimiz her şey hızlı geldi. ODALAR Bizce buradaki tek sorun -yorumlarda belirtildiği gibi- sinek problemi. Evet, odada sinek vardı ancak kapıları kapalı tutarak ve sinek ilacı kullanarak başa çıkabilirsiniz.

Kiraz beach otel, evet tatil yapılabilecek güzel bir otel, doğası güzel, denizi güzel, suyu temiz, Personele söyleyecek tek bir şeyim var hepsi harika çocuklar, hepsine ayrı ayrı teşekkürlerimi iletiyorum. Tek kusuru var, sinekler. Fazla olmamasına rağmen biraz rahatsız ediyor, ancak ağaçlı ve bu tarz doğal bir yerde de olması gerektiği kadar,
