I stayed at this hotel for 5 days. During that 5 days I asked for room service twice and it never happened. Otherwise, great place to stay. Friendly staff. Will stay again if the room service issue is fixed.

Our stay was ok. Check in was alot longer than we would have liked. In the middle of checking in the attendant took a phone call that was at least 10 minutes so we were standing there waiting. Good service would have put the call on hold till we were completely checked in. And could have been a little friendlier so that was a put off. The room was ok. TV was difficult to navigate. Breakfast ok. For one night it was ok but dont think wed stay longer.

very clean, took awhile to find the thermostat for the room (on wall behind TV), had a lot of trouble with the TV & remote, some flies in bathroom but very clean bedroom and sink area, very quiet, nice free breakfast

We only stayed one night and I don’t normally write reviews but after looking at a bunch of hotels in the area and their reviews we took a chance on this one. Good location and it was a nice room-very clean with a comfortable bed and pillows. Gentleman at check in was polite and helpful also.

Not a good place to stay. When I entered there was about 4” of standing water in the sink. The maid staff tried plunging and it was left with 4” of water and black nasty chunks floating in the water. The guy said something I couldn’t understand. I called the desk with no answer. I went to the desk and let them know what was going on and demanded a room change, I went back to the original room and moved my stuff to my new room. Elevators had loose control panel covers. Very over priced for room looks and amenities. I was there for 3 evenings.
