The hotel was full of families there for a hockey tournament. It was extremely noisy throughout the day and evening. No one from the hotel did anything to quiet the noise. Also, the parking lot was very dangerous with ice and had not been fully plowed or shoveled. As a senior, I would never stay at this hotel again

OK, BUT!

Everything was good except the morning brunch, the sausage were like rubber and the eggs were runny (like they were not cooked enough). The other thing is the parking fee that you now have to pay. There is so much space around this hotel to park it is not like you have to park in a parking garage.

The staff were wonderfully nice! The property was as expected and the price was reasonable! The only thing I vould say was an issue wasn't really an issue at all; the sliding door was broken.

Unsupervised children

There were a whole bunch of young girls running up and down the hallways of all floors till at least 11 pm while it seemed their parents were in the lobby drinking and having what seemed to be a party. The continental breakfast was totally out of the question for my wife and I to even get near as the area was filled with all of the children who were essentially just hanging around which made it impossible to get to the food area and or seats.
