We stayed one night. The room was older but clean. The room was stuffy and hot, so we put the air on. It never cooled down enough for us. It made for a very long and uncomfortable night sleeping! We could never get it to cool down enough!!! Breakfast's was ok. A very crowded place for sure!

Staff was most helpful. Breakfast was good with hot and cold food and drinks. Close to the falls and park. Parking was just out the side of the hotel and always available.

My check in experience could not have been better. I wish I would have asked for the hotel receptionists name. She was very busy checking in a couple individuals ahead of me who had an abundance of questions and the phone kept ringing, but she managed to somehow quickly and efficiently tend to everyone's needs including those individuals calling in. When I was up to check in, she apologized for the wait, which was completely unnecessary, I could clearly see that she was very busy in that moment. This individual should be recognized as a highly valued member of your team. If it helps, I checked in at around 3:15pm on 9-24-24.

It was excellent always travel to Erie. But , i didn't like the 50$ fee spun on us. People budget their money when go on Vacation so their not surprise. They should charge People after they leave if anything was taken. Don't put the fee automatically pending. It's like your making your guests feel guilty already.
