Lovely house in excellent location
This is a really comfy house, very modern and well-designed. The pool is great and the hkuse is a 5 minute drive (half hour walk) from lots of different beaches, two supermarkets, and a boulangerie. The owners were lovely to deal with. Recommended.

Séjour golfique entre amis
Nous sommes un groupe de golfeurs venus découvrir la région et ses parcours de golf. Nous avons été enthousiasmés à tous les niveaux. La maison, moderne et très bien équipée, est superbe et bénéficie d'un environnement calme et paisible. Le plus : La piscine chauffée dont nous avons bien profité, encouragés, il est vrai, par une semaine ensoleillée. Tony, notre hôte, s'est montré efficace, arrangeant et discret, un grand merci à lui. La région est magnifique, riche en curiosités et en spécialités. Pour les golfeurs, mais pas que, c'est un vrai paradis avec 3 golfs, dont 2 exceptionnels (Pleneuf Val André et Saint Cast le Guildo), situé dans un rayon de 20 km max de la maison de Tony. Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu, il y en a vraiment pour tous les goûts.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour pour les 50 ans de mariage de mes parents. Tout était parfait. La maison est très propre, spacieuse et parfaitement équipée. La piscine est grande et chaude (28-29°). Le proprietaire nous a bien accueilli et est arrangeant. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Erquy. La maison est conforme à la description, le séjour est spacieux et l'ensemble est neuf et très joli. Nous avons évidemment apprécié la piscine chauffée et la proximité des balades ! Un idéal pour un regroupement familial comme le nôtre ! Au plaisir de revenir !

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour à Erquy et surtout dans cette superbe maison Bien équipée, spacieuse pour 10 eprsonnes, proche de la voie verte (vélos et marche à pied), quartier tres calme. nous avons passé un excellent we pour les 70 ans de notre maman. L'hôte est tres ponctuel et tres sympathique. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine sécurisée. Vous pouvez louer les yeux fermés. Merci et peut être à une autre fois.

Vacances entre amis et famille
Location parfaite pour nous. Très bien équipée et conforme au descriptif. Piscine chauffée parfaite en taille et exposition. Quartier résidentiel très calme (peut-être moins en période estival) et très bien situé pour accéder rapidement aux plages, au centre ville, au centre commercial et aux petites randonnées sur le secteur de Erquy. Accueil des hôtes simple et efficace, disponible en cas de besoins. Seul inconvénient pour les plus jeunes, le Wifi n'est pas très performant mais on s'adapte facilement pour les vacances. Nous n'avons pas vu passé ces 12 jours de vacances car le secteur est très riches en activités et visites. Je recommande cette location et y reviendrait avec plaisir.

Fantastisch verblijf
We hebben enorm genoten van het huis en de omgeving. Het is exact zoals beschreven, een zeer mooie, ruime en nieuwe woning waar alle voorzieningen zijn om met 10 personen te leven. Het zwembad was ook geweldig, ondanks het slech te weer op onze cakanyie hebben de kinderen elke dag gezwommen. De eigenaars waren heel behulpzaam en stonden steeds paraat om te helpen. Een echte aanrader.

Nice family holiday with a great pool
We enjoyed our vacation in Tony's house. Especially the heated pool was fantastic, as the nearby sea was still pretty cold. Tony is a great host and communication with him was always easy and fast. I can clearly recommend the house for vacation.
