O atendimento é bem simpático. A localização é próxima a praia. A pousada é simples, mas com muitas plantas e uma boa piscina. Entretanto, totalmente deficitária em acessibilidade seja para cadeirantes ou pessoas com deficiência visual. O café da manhã, o colchão precisam ser melhorados.

Limpeza do quarto razoável, chão grudando. Chuveiro fraco e dando choque. O lugar eh lindo externamente e as atendentes são muito simpáticas. A cozinha muito demorada e cardápio bastante caro para comidas simples.

Péssima experiência.
A pousada é limpa, linda e com excelente localização. Porém, o atendimento no restaurante é deprimente. Pratos sempre vieram errados, as bebidas nunca eram entregues conforme solicitado. O colchão do quarto 8 era tão duro que o chão era mais macio. Por volta de meia-noite fui a recepção para solicitar a troca do mesmo e só tinha um segurança que disse não poder fazer nada para nos ajudar. Falamos que íamos chamar a polícia e fazer um BO. Logo em seguida ele disse que iria verificar o que poderia fazer. Apareceu com outro colchão, menos duro do que o anterior. No dia seguinte, o chuveiro estourou e foram 40 minutos aguardando alguém para trocar. Nesse momento pedi para falar com o responsável da pousada. Veio a chefe das camareiras e se disse surpresa já que os colchões eram todos iguais e nunca haviam reclamado. Chamei a gerente e provei que o colchão do quarto 8 era completamente diferente, tanto que trocaram. Nesse mesmo dia a noite, o quarto acima do nosso ligou o ar condicionado e foi como se um trator estivesse dentro do quarto. Gravei o áudio e levei na recepção. O recepcionista foi até o quarto e confirmou ser impossível dormir. Nos transferiu para o quarto 8, onde mesmo assim ouvia-se o barulho, com menor intensidade. O recepcionista pediu para enviar os vídeos para o WhatsApp da pousada que repassaria a gerência. Uma das piores experiência que tive nos últimos tempos. Saindo hoje, vi outra hóspede reclamando do serviço do restaurante. Não indico.
