We liked the hot tub after a 6 mile hike! The pool was nice also. The continental breakfast had fruit, yogurt and packaged pastries and the coffee was very good! Sighting of a 12 point bull elk lounging across the creek behind the property was a real plus!!!

Was a nice place but was charged for damaged towels and I’m positive it was not us that damaged. We didn’t have any spills other than water and used a towel to dry that up but that should not have caused damages

Clean and comfortable
The staff were friendly and helpful and the room/condo was clean and comfortable. The fireplace was just for looks and a stereo candle and there was no kitchen with plates etc. This appears to me a motel conversion but the condos had a nice small river view and a pleasant patio with chairs. I would say they’ve upgraded fixtures but it’s not a modern newer look. It’s rustic. I would stay there again but felt the price high.

Very noisy you could hear people next door talking and the people upstairs walking clock was 6 hours off A loud thunderous storm sound but wasn’t a storm don’t know what it was scared us This may have been unique to our room Never again

Perfect walkable location
We loved the location, walkable to all the shops and restaurants. Our room faced the river and we loved the view and sound of the water. Murphy's has a rustic cabin vibe.

We just checked out of Murphy’s River Lodge and we couldn’t be happier. We were in Estes Park on an anniversary trip and loved staying here! The convenience of walking to restaurants and all over town is so nice. We also loved being on the river, the pleasant staff and the breakfast every morning!

Finally stayed at Murphy’s River Lodge! It was the perfect home away from home. Our room was very comfortable to lounge in and get some much needed restoration time. We opted for one with an amazing view of the gorgeous trees and river and it was just lovely.
