This well-appointed home is in a convenient location two miles from the University of Oregon and close to Eugene Track & Field facilities, restaurants, and shops. Nearby you are invited to explore multiple parks for your enjoyment, whether it be running, hiking, biking, or a picnic.

This home offers a fully-equipped kitchen accompanied by a family-style dining table. The living room includes a large comfy couch that offers both fireplace coziness and edge-of-your-seat sports cheering. This is a space for laughter and memories to be shared. This Eugene home is a perfect abode to enjoy a vacation or work away with a designated workspace and WiFi. Your private patio provides a great spot to dine alfresco or even play board games with your family and friends!

All bedrooms are conveniently located upstairs, which means no noise from the lower level will be heard here when it's time to hit the hay. The primary bedroom enjoys an en suite bathroom with double vanities, a shower, and an exquisite soaking tub. On this level, you can also find a dedicated laundry room with a washer/dryer and sink.

THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
