We checked in on 11-19-2024 two hours later the hotel lost power due to weather beyond their control. We were in a dark cold hotel with no power all night, also no breakfast in the morning. When I went to talk to desk about some type refund I was told there would be no refund of any type. I was out $170.00 with no recourse. Regards, Robert

Even better than expected!
Comfortable bed, great breakfast, powerful and hot shower! Good view of the waterfront, friendly staff, amazing lobby with a wonderful Christmas theme and right beside a waterfront walking path. What more could you ask for except maybe bigger pillows.

The room was very nice. There are no taxi's or Uber to get around, if you don't have a car it's hard to get anywhere. The continental breakfast was very sparse, just bagels and cereal and some fruit, and some yogurt, the creamer for the coffee was curdled, it kept curdling when I put it in my coffee. I ended up buying my own and keeping it in the refrigerator. But the hotel was decorated beautifully for Christmas. I would stay again, but would probably stock the refrigerator with some microwave food.

There was an odd horn sound in the distance that blew across the whole area every couple minutes. It was very faint in the room but no fault of the hotel. Christmas stuff was already up in early November, if that is your thing. Staff was great and breakfast in point.
