The property is somewhat dated, but so are most of the places we saw in Eureka Springs. Our room could of been cleaned a bit better as we noticed the floors not spick and span. But the dining area was very good and the food delicious. The staff were very helpful for the most part. We enjoyed our stay overall and the Passion Play was awesome. Thanks, Kane Glaze, Sr.

The bed was comfortable. The Jacuzzi was in the main room so you could soak and watch TV at the same time. And you can catch the trolley from the parking lot.

The suite was beautiful and spacious. Our only statement is that it smelled stale in our room but all accommodations were great. The bed was the most comfortable one we have ever had away from home. The room was very clean. We wished the coffee would have been better but we will still stay again!!

Really enjoyed my stay. The only negative thing I can say about the stay was the door/key mechanism. I had to get the front desk to show me how to get in the finicky key mechanism. Some times it would take 4 or 5 tries to get the door open. Other than that, everything was great. The on-site restaurant serves a Great Rueben sandwich !

The property is in a great location being close to the main strip. The rooms are almost sound proof and the beds are very comfortable with multiple great pillows to use. The back balcony outside our back door had two chairs and a small table, perfect to sit and watch the sun set or have coffee in the mornings.The attached restaurant has amazing food and staff. I will be returning.

Quiet area, good bed, good a/c, old best western but they updated. Restaurant was good. They had nice pool in the back along with hot tub. Pool tables and game area also . If in the area again I would stay again in that Best Western.
