Acceptable room, friendly service.

Due to a miscommunication in their system, the first room I was given hadn't yet been cleaned. I talked to the lady at the front desk, and she got me switched to a different room very quickly. She was friendly and apologetic. The new room was okay. I didn't see any evidence of roaches that some reviews mention. In some places, the walls were stained and damaged, but not so badly it felt unclean. In hindsight, I think this location is mostly used for extended stays rather than one-night trips like mine. As such, soap and shampoo wasn't provided. That was fine, as I was able to go to a nearby drugstore. But it would have been good to know in advance so I would have known to bring my own. Overall, is was a pleasant stay for a reasonable price. I would stay here again.

I didn't like anything except the the refrigerator. The staff was rude and the place was nasty, pool was empty, was harassed about smoking outside my door. Was the worst I ever stayed at should get a refund was out of water for hours every day the Tv and internet messed up constantly and they allowed people to be loud late at night

Each one of these people that work at this hotel make the world go around. If you are someone who has made this hotel a home temporary the staff are more than gracious! I absolutely love this place and I am thankful for all of the staff especially Tonya and D. Thank you both from the bottom of my heart for doing your job but also caring like you do. You won't be disappointed if you stay here ❤️

Completely dissatisfied

Upon arrival the couldnt find the front desk staff . We had a room full of knats and they wouldnt do anything about beds had stained sheets and were very filthy under the mattresses the show had no handicap rail or anywhere to put tour shower supplies microwave didnt work over half of the electeical outlets didnt work the pool didnt work and they said they didnt care about it. Anytime we needed anything there was never anyone around to help . Tash all over the paking lot and trash containers were overflowing outside. 0verall completely dissatisfied.

The floors are disgusting. Don’t take your shoes off to walk around. The walls are dirty and the room has a weird smell, like they’re trying to cover odors with air fresheners and it’s not working. Had used washcloths/towels in the bathroom, a mouse/rat/bug trap placed in the far corner of the room. This should not be $70+ a night!! Super 8 and motel 6’s are better than this place.
