Bugs everywhere, sticky floors, stains on everything. There was what sounded like a WWE event going on in the room above. I felt itchy after being in the room for 5 minutes. I requested a refund as there was no way we could even sit down there, let alone sleep. I was told to contact Expedia, who would then contact the hotel. What wasnt mentioned was the manager being the only one to deal with Expedia, and them being out weekends. And thus I am still waiting on my money back for a room I never stayed in. They also charged a deposit, which I'm sure I'll never see again...
