A convenient distance from Lynnwood, Monroe, and Everett, but the key cards failed three times, it's fairly noisy, and the breakfast bar left alot to the imagination.

The hotel is in the ideal spot right next to the I5 although it is not very clear how to get into it from GPS or maps. As soon as I walked in I noticed the smell of cleaner/bleach, which is never a good sign. A sign of cleanliness yes, but then what is the smell masking? I was on the top floor at the end of the corridor and the room was large and spacious BUT just so outdated.... Looking at the people in the property it looked like a long term residency place. The morning I left, I came down to see an older woman talking to the Christmas tree, pretty scary...... The property needs updating, carpets need removing and everything needs a lick of paint.

Clean, well kept, staff is nice. Breakfast was good. Only thing was the cold water pressure in shower wasn’t good, too hot of a shower or not at all lol.

We were pleasantly surprised with this Quality Inn in Everett. Great value for the price. We stayed 7 nights and I would not have stayed if it was at all dirty or uncomfortable in any way. It's conveniently right off the I-5 freeway which means the area is busy but it was fine. The building is older but it was clean and it did have some updates. I especially appreciated no carpet in the room. The bed was comfortable. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was good as well! We would definitely stay here again.

We arrived later around 11 pm and there was no one at the front desk for approx. 10 to 15 minutes. We called the hotel and listened to the front desk phone ring. Finally the desk clerk walked in from the parking lot. She attempted to check us in. When trying to process the $100 deposit for incidentals her computer was showing my card was declined however the credit card scanner showed the charge to be processed. She had me run the card an additional 3 times that processed 3 other $100 charges. She said she would check with the manager and gave us room keys. When we arrived to our room both keys did not work forcing us to return to the front desk for reactivation. The manager did correct the credit card problem a couple of days later. Everyone was nice and apologetic however after a long traffic day problems checking in to a hotel are exhausting. The checking in process was our only issue.

A great, affordable option to rest for the night while traveling back to Vancouver after watching a Kraken hockey game in Seattle. The room was clean and quiet and the service friendly. Parking was easy in the adjacent parking lot- as mentioned the bathroom was clean and the bed comfy. Located right off the I-5, I highly recommend this affordable property- will come back again!
