Clean hotel, unfortunately the dining area is far too small when the hotel is busy. Although a dog friendly hotel, you are asked to sit in a specific area and if it's busy, you may have to wait an hour or so, or take breakfast in your room, despite tables being available and the food area being separate from the seating area. Overall not too bad price wise, by the time you add on parking and the pet. We stayed for 4 nights in the May holidays, worked out around £100/night. Staff were friendly and attentive.

Pleasant hotel, good location with friendly staff

The hotel is well located, just a short walk from the town centre. Parking was very easy. Room was very pleasant, modern with good amenities. Check in was a little slow, but I think we just were unlucky with our arrival time. Breakfast was good, a variety of choices. Very friendly and helpful staff

Ideally located hotel though parking on-site cost £16. Great value for money in a large clean room close for both the centre and Quay. Breakfast included in price a bonus. Paid a lot more for a lot less.
