The Nook, the perfect destination to relax and reconnect. Set in a beautiful 10 acre meadow with far reaching views over the rolling Devon hills The Nook is sprinkled with luxurious touches, handmade furniture and custom sauna & hot tub. Every effort has been made to curate a space that feels like an escape from the outside world you won’t want to leave.

Lounge Area:
At the centre of the space is the lounge, where you'll find plenty of unique homely touches that I hope you'll enjoy and make use of. The sofa sits neatly in this space with the ability to be used as a bed for guests should the need arise. Birch ply panelling to the rear of the area houses handmade shelving boxes containing a variety of books, games, wildlife spotting essentials, yoga & wellness equipment, and a wireless Bluetooth speaker. Opposite the sofa you’ll find a wall mounted smart TV with access to Freeview, Netflix, Amazon Prime and YouTube apps. A wood burner with a complimentary basket of firewood & kindling is located at the centre of the container with an adjacent antique armchair chair and light perfect for reading.

Kitchen Area:
Topped with solid oak work surfaces the modern kitchen is filled with all the amenities and appliances you could need including an oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, hob and much more. You'll also find a Nespresso machine with complementary coffee pods. A bespoke antique pine breakfast bar with handmade stools sits at the window side so you have the perfect view across the landscape. You’ll find all the household essentials including an iron, ironing board and a vacuum along with smaller consumables under the sink.

Bed Area:
The position of the king size pocket sprung bed which is flanked by an integrated wardrobe with hanging space and shelving, is on a raised platform, allowing views outwards towards the horizon that are perfect to wake up to. A Luxury bed linen set will ensure a perfect nights sleep for everyone. 2 individual reading lights at each side of the bed provide ample lighting for all your bedtime needs.

Bathroom:
Lined in Bio-resistant custom cork tiling imported from Portugal the bathroom is fitted out with modern amenities providing everything you’ll need. Fresh linen is provided and available on the heated towel rail. A top of the range plumbed power shower is located in a spacious dedicated shower unit. Toiletries including shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap are provided on a complementary basis.

Outside:
A private gated spacious deck provides a panoramic view of the beautiful Devon countryside with views onto the distant hills. A bespoke sauna & hot tub sit at the end of the deck covered from view by a pagoda and privacy shading creating an intimate private setting. A hand crafted table sits perfectly for outside dinning on those warm summer nights. Relax and unwind in the hammock or luxury outdoor sofa with a book. Mood lighting lines the deck creating a subtle glow as the sun goes down or leave them off and gaze up at the never-ending stars.

You'll also have access to 10 acres of private meadow filled with a variety of wildlife ranging from deer & foxes to rabbits, song birds and buzzards.
