Located on a dry lot in the Marina precinct this beach inspired home is perfectly laid out for two families or groups, with open plan living, dining and kitchen leading out to a covered patio area and walking distance to the local resort.
Prepare your evening meals in this well-appointed kitchen with a walk in pantry, electric cook top, oven, microwave and dishwasher. In the open plan lounge dining there is plenty of seating for the whole family.
