"Grounds are well kept. Food is OK. Rooms are old, damp, mildewed . Towels and linen mildewed. Staff were slow to respond to needs and unfriendly. Jacuzzi was broken. Lobby bathroom was filthy. Spa - not air conditioned, no cold water, reused disposable slippers, changing room - filthy."

"You guys let us booked online & when we arrive at the venue, the hotel was closed due to the impact of Covid19 Pandemic. We had to look for another option during that night of our stay. So it was unfortunate that we didnot sleep at that hotel."
