Breakfast is good and staff is friendly. But the bedroom wall don't have sound proof, you can hear people talking next room or walking on hall. Small room on old building. Almost no furniture.

The guy who checked us in was super friendly. Across from the hotel, a big group of seasonal workers were having a loud party and shooting fireworks. This was a bad experience and made it hard to sleep.

We loved our stay here! Restaurant on site was great had an amazing dinner and breakfast the next morning was a great way to start our day. Love the surrounding area which was great for an after dinner walk.

There are not many dining options around the property. But they have an in-property restaurant. The staff was friendly and were really flexible to help with the late check-in. The breakfast was really good. The entire property was really clean. Would stay again!

Excellent service, overall clean rooms except for the bathroom smelled very musty. The restaurant was really good for dinner and the continental breakfast was great too. The rooms were very small and there were a few things that were a bit rundown or needed repair (the window wouldn't open, one light fixture was broken, and pillows were extremely flat). The mountain view from the rooms is beautiful and you can see/hear sheep in the fields all evening. Overall good stay and with a little bit of TLC this hotel could be amazing!

Stayed in a double room in the white building not attached to the main hotel building. Room quite nice and spacious. Bathroom a bit cramped as toilet paper in a locked dispenser rather than just on a roll holder. Toiletries nothing special and no shampoo. There was a squeaky door in the corridor and someone kept going in and out around 1030 which kept me from going to sleep. Wonderful views though. Friendly staff. Breakfast was included and had a reasonable selection with juice, cereals, breads, some hot dishes, cheese etc. Easy drive back for Jokarlson glacier boat trip.

Our stay was an average experience. During our stay there was some significant wind and rain which apparently caused some backup with sewer system odors, not the nicest thing when you’re stuck in your room. The food was okay, but at the high price points we expected a quality level similar to what we have experienced elsewhere in Iceland. On the positive side, the staff members were absolutely great.
