This place is a gem. It’s not for everyone, but we felt right at home. I did not hear any neighbors, and we had quiet and peaceful evenings for 6 nights. The breakfast was home made each morning and the hosts were an incredible help with recommendations and accommodations. Next time we are in Fairbanks, this is the place to stay!

The owners and staff are very friendly, there is breakfast from 7:30-9 if you do want breakfast(personally I sleep in too long). This is a very cozy and I would say quiet place.

While the host was extremely nice and handled the noise complaint immediately, our room was dated. Needs a coat of paint, area rugs, parts replacement, new bed comforter, pillows, towels . The entry to the main office area was a disappointment. Cluttered, messy, no real “check in” area. We checked in at the kitchen counter. This place could WOW you if there was some TLC given to it. We will probably not be back unless upgrades were made, unfortunately.

The property has a very quaint ambiance with cozy rooms and comfortable beds. The jacuzzi tub is amazing. Decent breakfast offering and the proprietor is so sweet and friendly. This is not a deluxe hotel, so if you want that, this is not for you. However if you want quiet, clean, comfortable, unique bed and breakfast, home like feel? This is the place for you. Will definitely stay here again.

Check in was easy and staff was friendly. It was a very basic room for the night. Walls are pretty thin so other guests conversations are easily heard but they went to sleep early. Breakfast squash bake was really tasty. Everything in our room worked as described.

I’m used to mostly city hotels and this one gave me a unique experience. The staff are very welcoming and the rooms are spacious. Would highly recommend to stay if you’re in town.

The building was whimsical. Love the kitchen in the room, made eating easy. Picked it to see the northern lights, the weather was crappy so unsure if it’s a feasiable location to view them from. Owners were friendly and loved the greenhouse at check in.

Unique property…not typical. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good, parking manageable, and generally convenient location. Downsides were bed was waaaayyyy too soft, and creaked with slightest movement. From the moment I stepped into the room it felt like I had been teleported back to the 1970’s. Layout in unconventional…more like a private home with individual bedrooms.
