I booked this hotel specifically because it had an indoor pool. The lobby, room, and hallways were clean. The exterior was well kept. There is a convenience store and several restaurants very close by. However, as my daughter and I were enjoying the indoor pool, a large group of preteen and early teen children came into the pool area with no adult in sight. The pool rules clearly stated ALL minors must be accompanied by an adult. These children were extremely loud and boisterous. My daughter is Autistic and has sound sensitivity issues, so she and I went back to the room. These same kids were staying in the rooms surrounding our room, and were screaming, banging doors and walls, and running up and down the hallway all night, keeping everyone on the floor awake. I knocked on the door next to our room, ask the occupants to keep the noise down, and there were only children in the room. I asked where an adult was, and they said they were in two different rooms, but only the kids were in that room. The front desk offered to change our room, but my daughter was already settled in our room. I requested two extra towels from the front desk and was told they had already given out all the extra towels they had to the family with the kids from the pool. The hotel was good, in general, but they should do a better job of enforcing their rules, especially about the unsupervised children running amuck. I know the front desk could hear the yelling in the pool, but no one ever addressed it.
