35 acre paradise, with 360 views! Come enjoy some of the best views in Park County surrounded by the Mosquito Range with it all to yourself. Easy access and within minutes to Fairplay. Only 32 miles to Breck. Fenced yard for the dogs, downstairs living room and pool table for the kids. Washer & Dryer available. Hot tub with a view! Come sit in the porch swing and enjoy this beautifully finished cabin in the heart of the Rockies.

4 bedrooms - King in the Master with private bath, Queen room, Full Room, and 4 twin bunkbeds in a partitioned area downstairs with its own living room and pool table.
1. No Smoking Tabaco or weed in the home or near doorways. There is a $500 fine if the home has to be cleaned from smoke.
2. Do not leave dog poop on the yard or deck or there is a $100 charge. Poop bags are in the kitchen drawer.
Make yourself comfortable in this cabin, which features a fireplace and a Smart TV. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

We really enjoyed our stay, the property had plenty of room for everyone and was easy to find. Access to town was easily had as well as access to nearby towns and ski resorts.

Beautiful views
Lovely spacious and comfy house. Nice and quiet. Fun games in the basement. Very happy it had a fenced in yard for the dogs.
