The hotel is a bit dated, but if you are lucky enough to get a room with a view of the Adriatic [as I did], it is worth it.
As is typical with this region in Italy, everything is on a hill, and walking to the hotel from the train station is easy, but there is a bit of a climb at the end.
The breakfast is typical Italian - no hot food other than coffee.
The room and bathroom are larger than most standard hotel rooms and it was very functional - you could work from it if you needed to.
If you are going to Falconara for the beach with family, esp. kids, then this hotel is a good choice.
It's family run, family oriented, and the service is very good.
