We made this reservation last minute based on the strong ratings on Expedia (9/10) and the Hilton app (4/5). Unfortunately, the condition of both the lobby and our room did not reflect the standards advertised.
Upon entering the lobby, the floors were noticeably dirty, which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness and upkeep. Once in the room, we encountered the following issues:
• Outdated room in need of renovation• Peeling ceiling• Clogged bathroom sink• Visible mold around the shower door, which also did not close properly• Excessively loud heating system• Uncomfortable bed with loud squeaking noises• Dark, unwelcoming decor that added to discomfort
