Country House Daniela stands in an excellent position, from which to reach places of sea, hills and mountains. A few kilometers away you will discover beautiful medieval towns, places of great historical and cultural interest, rich in the tradition of our area.

In our 160 sq m country house, we can accommodate up to 8 people for short and long stays, but we are also available for events such as parties, weddings or birthdays. In fact, we welcome up to 40 guests inside and 100 outside, thanks to the large garden which, together with the swimming pool, covers 4,000 m2.

Wonderful location with extensive grounds.
We loved our time at Country house Daniela. The large outside area & garden in particular was great with a lovely pool area with extensive views but also with a tennis court, table tennis, darts, table football and even a boules pitch ( and a pool table inside) kept a competitive family entertained. The location was good as it is a short drive to the coast & facilities and only an hour or so from plenty of great places to visit like San Marino, Urbino & Gubbio (our favourite). The host Danielle was very kind and helpful despite the language barrier (we managed with the help of Google translate). The house itself is somewhat 'rustic' so if you expect modern hotel style facilities it may not be suitable but it is clean and comfortable.

Sehr großzügig und ruhig - draußen wie drinnen
Ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und hoher Freizeitwert! Störend waren manchmal die stellenweisen viele Fliegen draußen, an ein bis zwei Stellen auf dem Grundstück. Ansonsten alles bestens!

Super Lage, Super Pool, netter Vermieter. Würde 3,5 Sterne geben.
War 14 Tage in diesem Haus und kann folgendes dazu sagen. Super Lage, Super Pool, netter Vermieter. Er sollte jedoch die Betten inkl. Matratzen mal austauschen. Billardtisch ist ein Prachtstück, jedoch war nur 1 Queue ganz und der Raum ist zu klein zum Spielen. Auf dem Tennisplatz (Teerbelag) sollte er den Belag reparieren. Bocciabahnbelag (kein Sand oder Kies, irgend ein Hartbelag) ist so hart, das die Kugeln einfach weiter rollen. WLAN ist nur beim Haus vorhanden, bis zum Pool (ca. 20 m. vom Haus, trotz separater Aussenantene) bricht das Netzt immer wieder ab. Der Internet Zugang ist extrem langsam ( wenn 3 Kinder im Netz sind, geht nichts mehr) ; ). Die Poolanlage mit Tischfußball und Tischtennis ist SUPER GENIAL. Die Kinder wollten gar nicht mehr ans Meer. Ob ich wieder gehen würde? Ja, wenn an die Betten getauscht werden. Vermieter ist sehr nett.
