Staff was fantastic, hotel was quiet and clean, the pool area was much enjoyed with my daughter. The bathroom has seen better days and could be updated/fixed. Overall cleanliness of all areas was good - except there were hanging dust clumps from the popcorn ceiling in the bedroom, a lot of them. Oh and no elevator for second floor - keep that in mind if an issue. Absolutely would stay here again for service, breakfast options, pool, and price. (I would have said cleanliness but the ceiling was not good). Also really appreciated the holiday decorations.

When we arrived there was a layer of ice in front if the entrance posing a fall hazard and it went down from there. Our room was not cleaned well including crusted feces in the toilet, dirty tub and something hard and crusted on the TV screen and several of the pictures on the wall. House cleaning came to the room to address these issues after I spoke with a woman at the front desk who seemed like I was a nuisance. Next morning we went to the breakfast area to find many of the tables stained and dirty. While we were there we watched staff clean a table with a napkin that was left there from the person who used the table last. Guess that explains the dirty tables. Breakfast was good but the food handling was not. When refilling the hot items no gloves or hair nets were used. Lastly we get a notification that the hot tub is out of order until the following Monday. Used to be a decent place but has gone downhill.

The WiFi for watching Netflix would go out quite a bit … the kiddy pool (which was a big reason we chose this hotel) was freezing … but.. it was nice to have breakfast each morning … and the bed was comfortable .. staff was friendly .

Nice pool area w/slide for kiddos. Hot breakfast, including waffle maker. Hotel was clean and updated without being overly priced. Staff we interacted with were friendly and accommodating. Convenient location for a quick overnight stop on our trip.

Could use a few tweaks.
For an older building it was in pretty good condition. No elevator so that was hard on going up to 2nd floor with suitcases etc. The room was more than adequate - we didn't like the fact bathroom had no actual door. The pillows were too small and not at all comfortable. The staff was very helpful and kind and the complimentary breakfast was tasty.
