I would have to say that I didn't really like the fact that the night manager gave me some jobs to do that resulted in me staying up all night to accomplish them. Then come today at checkout time I would have thought that I would have been offered some monetary compensation, or at least a reduced room rate for the day. But neither was offered to me, so I'm a little disgruntled today.

The room was very dirty, the ceiling had splattered something on it, the bathroom had hair and spatters all over and the room smelled very strong like pee. I was pretty grossed out.

Worst place of my life.
The manager was the only one working, didn’t even tell me how to get to my room. He was very rude. After I paid at hotels.com he also charged me $.01 the room was being redone or something. There were nails sticking out of the walls. The fridge was froze over with blood in it. Lamps were on the beds. No coffee table. Headboards leaning on the wall, 62 degrees F, there were drugs in the shower and trim leaning on the toilet, garbage in the sink. It was a scary creepy room and had no lock. Smelled of mold and mildew. When I called for knew room there was no answer. When I went to get a different room it was the last room. I don’t think they should be selling that on hotels.com

The room wasn’t very clean. The whole hotel smelled like cigarettes. The towels were stained. We got what we paid for. For a cheap (price) hotel it wasn’t terrible. Just not clean and had to wash all our clothes, blankets and pillows because they smelled like smoke when we got home. Staff was very nice and helpful.
