When we got to our room the room was not very clean but when I opened the sofa bed hours later to put my kids to bed, I could not believe my eyes. It looked like blood on the mattress or something. I went down to the front desk and showed the picture to them and asked for a different room. I changed rooms from a suite to a room with two double beds. He said I could not get any kind of refund because I booked through Hotels.com. we had to pack up all our stuff and change rooms at 9:45pm which was a hassle too. I won’t be book through this site anymore. If I booked directly through the hotel he would have given me a refund he said. Now I am out of luck!

This was the worst property i have ever stayed in. It was dirty, the hot tub didnt actually work, when i called in advance to see if it did, and they wouldnt give my daughter, who was the other adult on my reservation, our room number at 2 am and then proceeded to kick her out. Only for her to walk 2 miles to someone's place she knew. AT 2 AM! The front desk staff, other than the guy who checked me in, was completely unprofessional, rude, and neglegent for a customers safety. They didnt even try to call my room, which i was in, to verify that it was my daughter who was staying with me. Will never go there again, and people should be fired for the treatment we received.

Disappointing
Poorly maintained property overall. The linens had stains. There were splashes of "something" on several of the walls. The TV did not have any channels available. I didnt touch the shower curtain because the pole holding it up was ready to fall down from the walls. The carpet was stained. There was dust on almost every surface. There was grime in the corners of the bathroom, on the light switches, phone, etc. Generally speaking, the management has a lot of work to do. I don't recommend this place

Room was large, pool view but door didn’t open for use to pool. Pool deck was never cleaned so bandaids and hair all over the place our whole stay. Beds were comfortable but otherwise I would spend more money to stay elsewhere.

To describe this hotel is almost impossible, it’s probably the dirtiest hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The water slides hurt our grandkids back while going down, they should somehow fix the seems.

Nothing looked as new and fresh as the online photos. It is old, not the cleanest. The carpets felt damp and the hallways smelled the same. The bed was ok and looked clean and fresh. The other furniture in the room had the same dingy look as the carpets.
