It was a motel, not a hotel. We didn't realize that until we checked in. Safety katch lost a screw and was falling off.bed was uncomfortable. I only got 4 hours sleep. Paint was peeling off ybe tub and some walls

Carpet on property was very dirty. House cleaning noted they no longer have vacuums to use since rooms have non-carpeted floors. Room had no drawers or closets. Pillows were terrible; had like plastic covers under the cover.

Request room in front
Got assigned a room at the back. No parking was available in the alley-like lane behind the hotel. Sheets & surfaces were clean; beds were comfy, but floors were not adequately cleaned. Road noise from the back side of hotel awakened me frequently. Biggest thing: pet fee was a whopping $25 per pet! If you have a pet, i do not recommend at all.

This property is smoke free in the rooms, however there were no outside places too dispose of cigarette butts for the people smoking. Thus they are just throw on the ground. Yes it is a smoke free property, but people are still going to smoke outside.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel just went through renovations so I was expecting a very well maintained room. The bathtub looked filthy. It looks like it was painted to cover up the poor conditions. Paint was peeling on the tub. I had to use a towel on the tub floor to cover up to use. The linens were all stained and dirty looking. There was also an issue with nats in the room that was very annoying.

My husband and I checked in and the clerk who checked in as the previous day was on staff the next morning my husband went down to get towels because they only give you like two or three and proceeded to call the cops on him because she said that he was a homeless man Even though she just saw him the day before checking in with me. Refused to give him towels even though he had a room key.
