We selected this property for its proximity to the University. It was easy to get to and from the hotel to the school. The room was spacious for our family of 6 and provided what we needed for an overnight stay.

Nice room but crappy customer service!
Overall the stay was very nice but it didn’t start off that way. When I checked in, the person at the front desk acknowledged my reservation made thru Hotels.com and said they needed a credit card to charge $100 refundable deposit. Later that night I noticed that they charged my card for the rooms too even though I had already paid in full at Hotels.com. I was never told me that they were going to charge my card for the additional amount. When I called the hotel to say that they made a mistake their response was “well, you can’t stay for free” even when I said that I can show them that I had already paid in full AND that they never got our authorization for the additional charges. It resulted in the front desk person hanging up on me. I was shocked by his behavior. They later DID refund the room charge but it doesn’t make up for crappy customer service. The rooms were satisfactory and were nice for the price.

The smoke detector kept beeping all night, I was charged a 100 deposit on arrival Even though it was already paid. It was just supposed to be a hold but they processed it I tried calling them and they won't return my calls. The room smelled funny.

The management was very very RUDE, I am Andrew’s mother and have owned a travel agency for 35 years and I have never been treated so rudely by hotel management. The man spoke very little English and he hung up on me twice when we were trying to resolve the issue . I will never put another client in any of your properties. Definitely not worth the amount of money you have to pay for a night. The room was outdated, there were stains on the walls from where something had been spilled, the bathroom counter had mounds of soap dried all over it, and the floor was disgusting. The air conditioner sounded as if it would go out at any given moment and it was stuffy in our room the entire night, smelling like mold. Also, they charge a ridiculous amount of money for one night in an outdated, unclean, hotel and still has the audacity to charge you extra if you want to use more than 120 minutes of their WiFi. Definitely do not recommend and will not use again.
