All good but just one improvement needed - very, very weak coffee. Person at the breakfast said, "we are only allowed to use two packs and that is all I can do". Hope they improve their coffee.

Room was horrible. Smelled like mold. Needs new carpet or at least a decent cleaning, Asked to change rooms and the next even worse. Would have left but after midnight (on a long road trip) and would have been challenging at that hour to find new accommodations. Even afraid to put the heat on as blowing more mold in the room. How this rated as 8/10 unbelievable??? Never again.

The hotel was very clean! The hotel staff was very nice, but were unable to fix the burned out bathroom light or the refrigerator that ticked all night because the maintenance man was not there. They probably would have had us change rooms, but my husband was not feeling well and had already gone to bed. Too bad the cleaning staff didn't report these issues when they prepared the room. I'm not sure how often they have tour buses come, but it did make it quite a crowded breakfast area!
