You get what you pay for
Quick stop over on my way back to NY. Friendly staff. Descent rooms however there are some changes that need to be made or upgraded such as the bathroom shower head having soap scum on it and looking run down. And some air fresheners are needed throughout the hotel to make it smell fresh instead of old

Toilet tank leaked and no one was available to fix it. television cord wasnt secure, when we turned the tv the cord came out numerous times and signal was lost. Breakfast consist of waffles cereal and yogurt. No meat, no eggs no fruit.

Good basic hotel!
The staff was pleasant from the very beginning! The hotel is a hotel. If you want a place to stay that's reasonably priced, this is your answer! Clean towels provided throughout the stay. The only thing I noticed was an odor, smoky and old. This could be because of the recent storm that flooded some areas. I noticed sandbags. And, they had a good variety in the breakfast room.

There was a dead cockroach in the middle of the lobby to welcome us to the hotel. And the bathroom was full of mold and soap scum. The beds were comfortable though.

The most rude front desk clerk ever!!! Waited for her for 20 minutes while she grabbed something from Burger King to eat, looks at us like we don’t belong there or she was just having a bad day and we were the first to recieve her poor, grouchy, rudeness attitude!!! She should be fired!!! I would hate to see others go through what we saw that day! Then kicks us out because I was trying to explain myself but never let me speak and she was talking louder so she couldn’t hear me.
