Couple of issues
my wife cannot use feather pillows. I went down to front desk to get a foam pillow after checking in. The staff member said he did not have key to housekeeping and could not help us. I had to drive to nearby Walmart to buy a pillow suitable for my wife. Don't understand why staff did not have a key to assist us. also cigarette smoke from outside seating area came up and entering our room thru the A/C. It was pretty strong til vacated after midnight.

We had to wait around in the lobby at least 30 minutes to an hour for a room to become available even though we had a reservation which was inconvenient. Then once we got our room, I checked the fridge and it was dirty. So the guy came back while we were all standing in the room and cleaned it for us which we appreciated, but was definitely awkward because they should have checked all of those things. The breakfast options were not that amazing. Other than that the stay was nice.

The room smelled the walls were filthy the bathroom was dirty there were white stains all on the bathroom walls and mold all along the shower door and in the corners of the floor was dirt build up. The chair was filthy in the room. The phone had built up dirt on it. The only thing I can say was very clean were the towels and linens.

Front desk staff was amazing. Friendly service with a smile. Room was ok, could not get the ac to the right temperature. My door lock went dead on me as well. Again the front desk got maintenance to my room immediately to fix the problem.

Maybe I overlooked the deadline for check-in as it related to this property but how can it be that they have one time and Expedia has another? I was quite disappointed with their policy.
