Welcome to Pine View Loft!
Be the first to stay in this NEWLY built modern loft. The area is safe, quiet, and private which is perfect for working professionals. Not only is the WIFI free, but all utilities are included. From private parking to a private entrance with keyless self check in, Pine View Loft has you covered.
Tired? Get comfortable in the queen sized memory foam bed and wake up to a beautiful view of nature. As you gaze into the woods, be sure to grab yourself a cup of coffee or tea from the Keurig.
Here for a longer stay and need to catch up on laundry? Enjoy the convenience of a brand NEW washing machine and dryer within the loft without having to leave.
Want to catch up on the news or your favorite tv shows? Enjoy not one, but two 50 inch smart tv's that are equipped with Roku. You can also cook a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen with all NEW appliances and cookware.
Work remotely? Try using our designated work area that comes with a computer desk that's equipped with usb charging ports, a computer chair, and natural sunlight.
Not a fan of sunlight? Pine View Loft has that covered as well . Feel free to close the black out curtains and enjoy the cozy loft while you watch a movie or relax after a hard day's work. It's also important to note that all windows are tinted for your privacy.
Other important things to note about Pine View Loft is that it is a guesthouse that is attached to a primary home with a shared wall. A padlocked door connects the loft to the primary home and remains locked at all times.
Pine View Loft is conveniently located 4 minutes from the VA, 15 min to Cape Fear Hospital, and 20 min to Ft Bragg. Grocery stores and restaurants are also within 10 minutes.

⭑ Pine View Loft is a guesthouse that is attached to a primary home with a shared wall. A padlocked door connects the loft to the primary home and remains locked at all times.
⭑ Please treat the space with respect, just as the previous guests have. If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP.
⭑ All guests must be 21+ except for children with parents.
⭑ 2 people max. We charge per guest; please have an accurate guest count.
⭑ There is a camera near the front entrance in place for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave immediately.
⭑ No late checkout or early check-in. If you arrive early or depart late, there will be a $50 charge per event.
⭑ No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/ other things that are beyond our control.
⭑ We provide a start of supplies like toilet paper and paper towels. You may need to buy more if you’re booking an extended stay.
