The woman who checked me in was great friendly and helpful. I had a dog and had to stay on the 1st floor. The noise was terrible from the other dogs and doors loudly shutting at 5:30am I got no sleep. Do not stay on the first floor.

The average rating for this property is much too high. I would rate it about 5.5 stars out of 10 based on my experience. First of all, you should know that there is a $25/night fee for pets, and La Quinta never charged a fee for pets for many years while it was an independent company. In terms of the quality of the property, it is in need of attention based on my experience. The door to the room was very difficult to close fully, and others seemed to have the same issue. The front panel of the door seemed to be close to breaking off. Additionally, there were some ceiling tiles above the shower that appeared to have mildew or mold growing on them and the bathroom ventilation fan did not work. The window to the room also seemed to need attention or replacement as it seemed very worn and had paint chips laying on the window sill.
