A sisters weekend getaway
The house was so nice and very comfortable to stay in. It was me and my two other sisters. It was nice that we each had our own room and bathroom. The beds are nice and comfy. The kitchen and living room were a great place for us to gather and hang out. Brianna was available to us if we ever needed her and she was very kind! We really enjoyed our stay and we might plan to come back again in the future! Thank you!

Graduation weekend stay
Beds were comfortable and it was nice it has three king beds. Closets were large as well. Kitchen nice and spacious. Bath/ showers were ok but could use some updating and back yard could use some cleaning up but we weren’t outside much. .

The property was lovely…perfect for friends…each bedroom has its own private bath. My only complaint is that it would have been nice to have shampoo and soap available and a few more essentials in the kitchen such as aluminum foil, baggies; but the convenience and efficiency of the property more than made up for that. We would definitely return to this lovely property.

House was nice, and the beds were super comfortable. Enjoyed the stay and felt comfortable. Be sure to bring shower supplies (shampoo, conditioner, soap) and kitchen supplies (oil, butter, coffee pods) as the property doesn’t supply them.

Razorbacks Visit
The property was nice and clean. Property is 10 minutes away from UoA on weekends. Neighborhood was quiet. Cleaning expenses were high, considering I had to remove any trash in the house out of the rooms, take out the garage, empty the refrigerator, and strip the bed linens and bring linen to laundry room. Some on I didn’t mind, other chores I thought were a bit much. Overall, I would stay again. Good value for the price and nice property manager.

Great set up for girls’ trip
We booked this house because of the layout of the home…all three rooms are almost identical with king beds, master closets, TVs, and private bathrooms. It was the perfect set up for our small group and very roomy. The host was very quick to respond to any questions. Will definitely try to stay here again if I’m able to come back to Fayetteville anytime soon.

This house was perfect!! We arrived earlier than planned and the owner accommodated our early arrival. My mother had just had knee replacement surgery and needed to go lay down and the manager let us in early!! The house was so comfortable! Beds were great!! Would def stay here again!!

Great location
We definitely will stay here again. The beds were the most comfortable and we stay at a lot of VRBO’s. The entire home was very warm and comfortable! King size beds in each room with your own bath. This home is in a great location and we stayed to help our son move out of the dorms, quick access to the university. Very quiet neighborhood.

Pretty home, convenient location
Very nice home. I loved that every bedroom room had its own en-suite bathroom. It was clean, comfy and smelled nice. There is also a nice sized backyard and patio in the back. The home was very conveniently located to many restaurants and activities. We had a wonderful stay in Fayetteville and would definitely stay here again!
