Cabin Quaint
A clean and tidy property with communicative and friendly hosts. Probably better for a warm dry summer stay than a cold wet winter/spring stay. Four detached cabins make up the whole - one with twin beds, on with a double bed, one serves as a living room and the fourth combines a decent sized kitchen and bathroom, both with their own external entrances. Worked Ok for us as a one night stay whilst on a road trip but a longer stay would be most enjoyable in good weather where full use could be made of the generously proportioned deck, sun loungers and garden.

As the tiral states, the location was fairly peaceful and shoukd I have had the kids there it would have been great with the karge lawn for them to plat on.

We were in Feilding for racing at Manfeild Park raceway, so we were at the track all day and wanted somewhere quiet to stay to recover from two busy days. It was a beautiful spot in lovely well kept gardens well away from the main house. Perfect for our needs of two couples. Slightly unusual layout, but worked fine for us. A BBQ would be a nice addition:-) would definately reccomend and would stay again

Not a cottage!
This is a tricky review to write as the gardens and setting are wonderful, private and pretty. However, this is described as A COTTAGE and it isn't. The reality is that it's a group of 4 tiny cabins connected by decking i.e. kitchen in one, lounge in one, bedrooms in one each. On a sunny day that's not too hot, that might work for many people. But for us, in the rain and hot temperatures, it didn't work at all. At the least, mosquito mesh should be added to all the windows so that you can breathe without getting bitten. And a bit more roof cover too so you don't get wet going to and from the lounge or bathroom.

Beautiful place was a pity my holiday was cut short due to responsibilities back home otherwise. Very accommodating with a dog cage out back thankyou. Perfect for games with the family daughter loved the blossom tree!! Hope to return thanks again.

Cottage - worthy of a revisit
Great bnb - very private - comfortable beds and good heating in each room -nice breakfast and good shower. Only issue is that of the slippery door mats - I note others have mentioned this before and nothing been done to mitigate!! and we had a nasty fall entering the cottage - it would be a simple fix and will prevent a more serious injury and OSH hassles. John was pleasant and helpful but we left too early to chat to John re the mats.

A quiet haven in a beautiful setting
It was a beautiful garden setting with cute little cottages. Lovely touches like homemade marmalade and friendly chats with the owners. We will definitely be back with our children.
