Welcome to this cozy townhouse in the center of Portocolom, just 290 meters from the seashore. It offers a private pool and barbecue and has a capacity for 6 guests.
The outdoor area of this charming townhouse is perfect for enjoying the summer near the sea. It features a refreshing private chlorine pool measuring 5.50 x 3 meters and with a constant depth of 1.60 meters. Additionally, you can sunbathe on the loungers, have an aperitif at the outdoor table under the parasol, or enjoy a delicious barbecue on the porch next to the house. The property is fenced, located in the center of the village, and has nearby neighbors.
The house boasts a cozy traditional style, and all its rooms are on the ground floor. The dining-living room is equipped with a fireplace, Smart TV, satellite channels, and a table for 6 diners. The separate kitchen has a ceramic hob and everything you need to cook during your stay. You will also find the washing machine here. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 of them with double beds, and the other two with two single beds each. There are also two bathrooms with showers. Iron and ironing board are available in the house, and we can provide a crib and a high chair if you are traveling with your baby. Finally, the living room and all the bedrooms have air conditioning with a heat pump.
