This wonderful and quiet finca near Felanitx welcomes 4 guests.

Enjoy a Mallorcan summer in this cozy finca in the countryside with mountain views that will make your holiday an unforgettable experience. On the wonderful terrace, surrounded by fruit trees, you can relax and sunbathe on the 4 sun loungers or have a drink in the outdoor dining area with your loved ones. The house is independent but has neighbors nearby, so there is partial privacy.

The property is distributed over two floors. From the terrace, we have access to a fantastic living-dining room equipped with a Smart TV and wood cooker, where you will be able to share unique moments. On this same floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably and another dining area that completes the room. A complete bathroom with a shower gives service to this floor.

When it is time to sleep, on the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, AC, and TV. The stairs lead to the upper floor where there is another bedroom with views to the outside, which is designed to offer you the rest you deserve and which also has an en-suite bathroom with shower. A fan and a radiator are at your disposal if you need them. The house has a washing machine, iron, and ironing board and we can also provide you with a cot and high chair if you are traveling with your baby.

Felanitx is a village located in Mallorca that offers a great deal of activity all year round. It is an area well known for its wine production and not very touristic, which makes it perfect to get into the Mallorcan culture and experience it more closely. We recommend you explore some of its hiking routes and if you like the beach, go to Cala d'Or, which is only 10 km away.
