Super Charming
The cottage is beyond cute and cozy! We had a Valentines Day stay and enjoyed playing cards at the kitchen table and watching it snow out the large windows facing the back yard. Everything is super charming - felt like staying in a Nancy Meyers movie set. Everything was functional and simple to use. Kerrie was delightful and had lots of great tips for the area, wuper responsive and had a very clean home. Loved the entire stay, relaxing and perfect!

1 Year Anniversary
This was our first time on the west side of the state. We live in SE Michigan. The location was perfect to go into town and other surrounding areas and the seclusion of the house was perfect for for relaxing Jacuzzi nights and fire at the pit. W will definitely recommend this place to friends and family

Nice and quiet getaway.
Nice location and comfy nicely furnished home. We felt completely comfortable just by walking in. Everything needed is supplied and we were close enough to town that it wasn't a hassle to get there but far enough away so we felt like we were able to "get away from it all.". The house is very nice and comfortable; the location is convenient and quiet and beautiful. The only thing I would wish for is to have more pictures from inside. I did not realize that there are steps inside in the kitchen area and did not bring the device for my mom to help climb these stairs. Definitely, would like to come back one day

July 4 get away
This stay was a disappointment, booked based on many 5 star reviews. However the hot tub smells of mold and there were toads living underneath the mildew stained cover. I alerted the owner and she was apologetic and sent someone to clean the next day, but the cover needs replacement. The inside of the home did not appear to have been cleaned from the prior guests. There were crumbs all over the floor throughout the house and one of the beds appeared to have been slept in and not changed as the sheet hung out the bottom and the fitted sheet was wrinkled as it had been slept on. Outdoors is very wooded with many mosquitos, would benefit from being sprayed. Owner was responsive and apologetic, but I could not recommend. We left a day early.

Amazing stay!!
My friends/partner and I were staying at this property for a wedding in Saugatuck. It was only about 15-20 min from the venue and gave us the privacy we were looking for surrounded by trees and nature! Everything was clean and we had all that we needed to make sure we all felt comfortable (great amenities and accommodations). We would all come back here for another getaway and recommend it for others looking for accommodations in the area!

Our family of four really enjoyed our stay here! The area is very peaceful and beautiful and not far from the activities we enjoyed--Tulip Fest in Holland, dinner in Douglas. The house has great decor, art, and furniture and everything we needed. We were surprised with how nice the outdoor space is and made use of the hot tub and fire pit. I'd love to stay here again sometime!

Lovely cottage rental
We had an amazing stay at this house! The location was perfect, tucked away in the woods but close enough to the neighboring towns that it was an easy commute. The home was fully stocked with the essentials and had everything one would need for a completely relaxed vacation. Our dog loved running around the ample grounds and we enjoyed the patio, fire pit and grills. We would definitely stay here again and look forward to our next stay.

A wooded oasis
A great little cottage to be semi-tucked in the wilderness but close to activities. Definitely has a cottage feel and a bit dusty/cobwebby in corners. There was also a slight musty/smoky smell in house, but other was a great little spot to relax/work for a few days. The wifi was excellent and having Netflix was nice. Would have loved use of the hot tub, but wasn't in listing, so not expected.

We visited in July when air quality was poor in both Illinois & Michigan. Kerrie responded so nicely to our inquiry. We learned the cottage has central air & an air filtration in the kitchen! We were so pleased to arrive and find a clean & bright home. We LOVE the kitchen oven! The kitchen is well stocked. The bathroom shower is great! Washer & dryer look new! The windows are in great shape ! This might be the most well-maintained home we've stayed in. Located in the woods - allowing us great sleep! We enjoyed watching movies and decompressing. Kerrie was exceptionally helpful!!
