Très bel endroit parfait pour des amateurs de randonnée
Nous avons étés extrêmement bien accueillis. Le logement correspondait bien à nos besoins, le beau temps et le petit jardin très agréable nous ont permis de profiter de déjeuners au soleil. Un week-end de rêve.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus in schöner Umgebung auf Cotentin
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr komfortabel und gemütlich. Wir haben nichts bezüglich der Einrichtung und Ausstattung vermisst. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Nachbarschaft. Ein großer, schöner, ruhiger und von Büschen und Mauern umschlossener Garten liegt auf der Rückseite des Hauses. Die Landschaft um Fermanville und im Val-de-Saire-Gebiet ist wunderschön, dies gilt für die Küste genauso wie für das Landesinnere. Man kann die Landschaft hier und an vielen Stellen im Norden von Cotentin gut beim Wandern genießen. Einige schöne Badestrände sind ab 5 Minuten mit dem Auto oder einer guten Viertelstunde zu Fuß erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto entfernten Saint-Pierre-Église sowie mehrere sehr große Supermärkte in Cherbourg. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben den Urlaub in Fermanville trotz des durchmischten Wetters sehr genossen.

Calme, mer et campagne
Très bon séjour dans une maison très bien équipée, hôtes très prévenants et sympathiques. Petit jardin agréable, dans hameau paisible, à 10-15 minutes de la mer à pied, chemins de douaniers en bord de mer et petites randonnées à proximité. Très satisfaits, nous recommandons.

Lovely stay
The accomondation is exactly as shown in the pictures. Really comfortable and a perfect little home for vacation. Also the garden is really nice, especially for enjoying the sun during summer. Besides the accomondation itself the communication also worked without any problems and we had a warm, friendly welcome when arriving. All in all a perfect visit - we would book again!

Région magnifique, hôtes adorables!
La maison est parfaitement située, à quelques minutes à pieds d’une très jolie plage, et en voiture de très nombreux lieux magnifiques. L’accueil des hôtes en plus d’une confiture de mûres maison était juste parfait, et leur présence dans un logement proche à la fois rassurant et discret. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute!

Vacances super-sympas proche de la mer, accueil familial
On a passé des vacances super-sympas proche de la mer. L'accueil chez les hôtes très sympathiques était comme en famille et on se sentait tout de suite comme chez nous dans la maison calme qui est très bien équipée et qui a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut...dans la cuisine, au jardin et pour les enfants. Il y a beaucoup de choses à voir et à faire dans la région, qui n'est pas (encore) très touristique et les plages sont très jolies avec du sable fin et des rochers à grimper pour les enfants. A recommander et à refaire! Merci beaucoup encore à Eliane et Jean-Marc, on a toujours des très bons souvenirs!

Magnifique séjour : location cocooning dans le non moins superbe Val de Saire
Nous avons passé 15 jours à la Maison du Prinseus à Fermanville. La maison est très agréable et bien située car proche des plages. Nous connaissions d'autre parties de la Normandie mais nous avons eu un vrai coup de cœur pour le Val de Saire très naturel et aussi agréable en bord de mer que dans les terres. Nous avons été accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de chaleur par Eliane et son mari, à la fois discrets et très prévenants. Beaucoup de petites attention : le cidre, les courgettes, la confiture, le salon fleurie à notre arrivée. Beaucoup d'informations touristiques mises à disposition mais le mieux est encore de suivre les conseils des propriétaires C'est une vraie maison de famille qui a une âme. Des livres un peu partout, une maison très bien équipée. Comme à la maisonla maison . Pour réservation, c'est avec une des filles d'Eliane, Stéphanie, que nous avons échangée toute aussi sympathique. Vraiment des bons souvenirs pleins la tête, des vacances revigorant es.
