I've stayed in many Riads, in the medina of different Moroccan cities and if there's one thing positive about this place, it's its location, if staying in the medina is what you want.
The hotel is located less than 5 minute walk from the "blue door"(entry to the medina) as well as the taxi stand. Very useful so you don't have too far to go to find your way.
Also, the Riad were nice enough to have someone wait for us at the entry of the medina so we wouldn't get lost in the medina finding the place.
The riad is charming with a spectacular view of FES on its rooftop. Beds were comfortable a and room was clean. Included breakfast was one of the best we've had - it included eggs, bread, cheese... Etc. we had to leave early on our last day and they gave us a snack to-go instead pf breakfadt, (cookies, muffins and yogurt).
The staff were nice. The Old man that takes care of the place at night was nice. The two brothers who run the place during the day were nice and helpful. They made reservations for us to get an official guide of the medina.
As per most of morocco, credit cards are not accepted - but you don't have to pay right away when you get in.
Ps: bring a guidebook or get a map of the city elsewhere. The hotel did not have a map to give us.
