We stayed in the downstairs unit of the home which came with garage parking, wrap around porch, and backyard space with fire pit! Sadly, it rained many of the days we were there so we didn't get to make use of the pit, but the home was typical of many of other older ones in the neighborhood in regard to layout and space- perfect for two people though there is a second bedroom.
The only complaints we had were that a few days after arrival we discovered the dryer was stuffed full of wet linens that we had to spend hours breaking down into smaller loads to rewash and dry before we could do our own laundry, and the bed frame in the main bedroom was rather rickety. It wobbled and bent with minimal movement and felt more like temporary camping gear than permanent furniture, but overall these were relatively small things. We have had far worse experiences in Vrbos.
The owner was very friendly and checked in just to let us know they would be around to do some yard work which was nice. We had no issues to report but no doubt they would have responded quickly.
The location was perfect as it is just a block off one of the main roads in town so getting around was easy, but it is set far enough back in an established neighborhood that it was generally quiet save for the occasional loud motorcycle. For a time there was an occupant upstairs, but even so noise was not a problem- just typical levels of activity making it a nice and peaceful stay.
