While the room initially seemed clean. I soon noticed that there was what looked like cigarette ash on the table, cigarette burns on the blanket. Their shower curtain was ripped in multiple places and the towel that was folded with all the clean ones was actually stained yellow with tears in them. I was really disappointed. I will not be coming back again and was so disgusted I did not stay for my full reservation. But as a female that travels alone, I do not leave my room after I check in especially when it's really late at night so I did stay one night. I will not be returning to this brand hotel.

Trashy in general. Not what I was expecting for the price. Unfriendly staff and gross continental breakfast. Small bathrooms. Coffee in the room but no cups to use. Would not recommend.

Walls were extremely thin so noise traveled loudly from rooms across the hall into my room. Shower curtain had several rips. Vibes were ok, breakfast had some hot options and waffle maker which was nice. Staff was nice. Room was clean.

Bad bed design
Beds have a metal foundation that the bed sits on. Every turn in bed, every time you get up or sit on the bed it sounds like thunder.
