Here is a quick summary of the homes layout. More detail will be provided bellow :)

Guests can access all the living spaces in the home without having to use stairs. However there are several stairs in the following locations:

-Several steps up the the front porch to before entering the front door.
-Several steps exiting the back deck into the back yard.
-Several steps inside the garage entering into the home.

Master bedroom: King (Sleeps 2), private bathrooms with tub/shower combo, and closet

Guest bedroom #1: Queen (Sleeps 2), has access to a full bathroom across the hallway. Large closet.

Guest bedroom #2: Queen (Sleeps 2), has access to a full bathroom across the hallway. Small closet space.

Backyard is accessible from the home's side gate as well as the backdoor of the living room.

Laundry: There is a full laundry room that joins the main living space of the home to the garage. Full dryer and washer available for guests.

-Gym: The garage gym has access to several pieces of cardio equipment. Its important that the guests know that the treadmill is meant for walking and cannot be used for high-impact running exercises. There is also a maximum weight limit of 180lbs for the treadmill.

-Outdoor fire pit: During dry months of the year, the city/county may impose fire restrictions. Guest may or may not have access to this ammenty if such policies are implemented.

-The indoor fireplace will always be accessible to the guests unless there are rare circumstances in which it cannot be offered for any particular reason. We do keep a stockpile of wood at the home but we cannot guarantee firewood for every reservation if there is sourcing shortages.
