Leider waren bei Ankunft nicht alle reservierten Zimmer verfügbar, obwohl eine schriftliche Bestätigung vorlag. Wir hätten uns zu dritt ein Zimmer teilen sollen. Der Hotelbetreiber war sehr unkooperativ obwohl es seine Schuld war. Nach langer Diskussion war dann plötzlich doch noch ein Zimmer frei wie reserviert. Daher kann ich die Unterkunft nicht empfehlen.

Una struttura nella norma, buona la pulizia. Unico neo l’orario della colazione dalle 7.45 alle 09.00 , con questi orari cosi “stretti” la vacanza perde di tranquillità .

Personale alla reception non particolarmente disponibile, non dice d no ma sembra ti faccia un favore! Colazione buona soprattutto per le torte fatte da una ragazza molto gentile, in particolare le crostate sono ottime 🙂. Cappuccino da macchinetta ma accettabile. Succhi "artificiali". Manca la Nutella, sostituita da crema di nocciole, comunque accettabile. Orari colazione troppo stretti 7:45 - 9:00. Bisogna scendere presto altrimenti le cose finiscono!

Hotel nella media delle 3 stelle
Hotel nel complesso buono , farsi pagare il wi-fi per quanto con una somma irrisoria 1€ al di penso che si faccia più bella figura a darla gratis. Se poi si verifica che dopo aver pagato la wi-fi e non funziona vale la pena non farla pagare . Ottima la colazione inclusa nel prezzo.

Ač na stránkách hotels.com není psáno kdy nejpozděj se člověk může ubytovat, hotel tak dělá pouze do 21:30, což jsme zjistili pro nás příliš pozdě, při volání do něj (mluví pouze italsky...) že přijedeme pozděj (plánovali jsme příjezd v 23-24 hodin). Takže nám zkrátili naše plány na den. Jinak hotel samotný byl OK.

Buon punto di partenza per visitare la montagna
Abbiamo scelto questo hotel in quanto si trattava di uno dei più convenienti nella zona che volevamo visitare (Merano, Madonna di Campiglio, il passo del Tonale e Ponte di Legno). All'arrivo la signora ci ha accolto gentilmente e ci ha spiegato le regole base, come orario colazione e utilizzo Wi-Fi. Come da foto allegate la camera era abbastanza ampia per 3 persone, con balcone e un bel bagno privato. Pulizia ottima! Il Wi-Fi (a pagamento) prendeva perfettamente nella camera. Colazione inclusa nel prezzo. C'era la classica macchinetta automatica per caffè e cappuccino, succhi e acqua fresca. Abbiamo trovato 3/4 torte e brioches. Marmellate, nutella, burro, fette biscottate e cornflakes. Possibilità di fare colazione continentale con formaggio, uova e salumi vari. Tutto ottimo e abbondante. Il miglior modo di iniziare la giornata. Si dorme bene, il materasso è comodo, il cuscino è invece un po' piatto e le trapunte separate anche per il letto matrimoniale. La temperatura della Camera era facilmente gestibile dal termostato in camera. Parcheggio semplice nel vialetto di fronte.

Ottimo hotel per sopratutto giovani coppie
Ottimo hotel per rapporto qualità prezzo senza andare a compromessi per la qualità dei servizi essenziali. Dovrebbe migliorare solo la copertura della wifi dato che si prendeva male nella nostra camera. Vivamente consigliato ai giovani, ma anche non giovani, anche per l'ottima colazione.
