Peaceful seaside house with pool

Feet in the water facing the sea in a very quiet and very sought-after dead end (few cars compared to the seafront of Narbone Plage). You can swim on the beach in front of the house, or in the swimming pool in a garden well sheltered from view and from the wind at the back of the house. The swimming pool has an automatic salt water treatment (very soft low salt water), an electric cleaning robot and an electric security roller shutter (+ fence). You can also drink an aperitif on the terrace facing the sea. 2 steps from the port of Narbonne-plage, shops and the market of Saint-Pierre-la-Mer (all year). The Clappe massif can be reached in a few minutes on foot for hikers and mountain bikers.

Compulsory cleaning of 150 € to be paid on arrival at the agency.

Deposit: 1500 € authorization by credit card (with the agency, not cashed except degradation according to the amount of repairs or replacement).

All seasons: summer and winter you will appreciate the new reversible air conditioning (2023), double glazing, and electric shutters. Enjoy a seafood platter facing the sea (available at l'écailler de st Pierre in season or at the shellfish and oyster port of le chichoulet all year round).

Proche de la mer, (50metres a pied... avec 40metres de plage 😀) belle piscine securisé, barbecue. Petit plus, la douche extérieure pratique pour le retour de plage. Stationnement facile devant la maison. La maison est de plus bien équipée, rien a redire de cette villa. Quelques aménagements a revoir, notamment une chambre avec lit en hauteur mais perte de place, et la salle de bain de l'étage accessible par une chambre... mais cest juste pour chipoter.

Merveilleux séjour

The House was really clean and very well equiped. Located at the beach, with nice view. The pool was just amazing, which we used daily. our contact with the agency cannot be better. We felt warmly welcome there. A lot of nice restaurants was just a view minutes away (by walking) and also the daily market is just a foot walk away. What should we say, high five, thumbs up, and for sure...we want to come back very soon!

Das Ferienhaus ist etwas ins Alter gekommen. Die Treppe knarzt und lärmt. Eine Trittschalldämmung im Boden fehlt leider, sodass man jede Bewegung im Obergeschoss mitbekommt. Die Kochutensilien (Besteck, Pfannen usw.) sind von einfachster Qualität. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm.

Die Lage des Hauses ist der Traum, direkt am feinen Sandstrand gelegen. Zu Fuß ist man außerdem in wenigen Minuten am Markt, der täglich stattfindet. Der Garten, Pool und die Terrasse sind wunderbar erholsame Orte zum Lesen, planschen und Spiele spielen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und der Agentur lief reibungslos. Für größere Einkäufe, Sightseeing etc. fährt man am besten nach Narbonne. Es ist alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben den Urlaub als Familie mit sieben Personen sehr genossen, das Haus ist dafür auch wirklich gut eingerichtet.

Lieu de vacances agréable, mais trop grosse chaleur! Heureusement nous avions une piscine salvatrice et la Clim ! Le propriétaire est passé nous voir, mais je pense que la gestion de cette location, vu son niveau et son prix, de béait être mieux assurée.

Enfin les vacances !
La récompense est au bout du trajet avec les bouchons. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par l'agence qui nous a fait découvrir la maison. Les espaces permettent de vivre chacun à son rythme. Les équipements sont très complets, il ne nous a rien manqué. Le top pour passer de bonnes vacances est bien évidemment l'espace extérieur avec la piscine et la proximité de la mer. Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de cette maison de vacances.

Wir wurden von Sylvie sehr nett begrüsst und erhielten eine gute Einführung in der Liegenschaft. Trotz des sehr unterschiedlichen Wetters haben wir die tolle Einrichtung mit dem sauberen Pool genossen. Das Haus (vor allem auch die Küche) ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Très belle maison, conforme à l'annonce. Très pratique, magnifique piscine àl'abri du vent. A deux pas de la mer, endroit très calme, je conseille vivement ! Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine, le propriétaire est très accessible et l'agence également. Je recommande vivement cette belle maison ! De plus, tout est à portée... mer, supérette, animations nautiques et animations du soir, tout peut être fait sans prendre la voiture. Merci à Monsieur Menoire pour votre magnifique maison.

Erholung pur
Seit vielen Jahren fahren wir in die Gegend. So einen tollen, erholsamen Urlaub, in einem rundum schönen Haus, haben wir schon lange nicht mehr erlebt. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur (und vor allem mit Stéphane) war ausgezeichnet. Die Bilder in der Anzeige entsprechen genau der Ausstattung. Alles war klasse und tipptopp. Der Pool war picobello sauber. Unser erster Salzwasserpool. Das Meer nur einen Steinwurf entfernt. Traumhafte Lage. Markt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig erreichbar. Zudem war das Wetter 1A. Stéphane, wir freuen uns und kommen wieder !!!

Haus mit schönem Pool und direktem Zugang zum Meer
Wir hatten eine sehr entspannte Woche in diesem Ferienhaus. Die Ausstattung ist gut, der Platz ist ausreichend und das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Übergabe war völlig problemlos. Der private Pool ist klasse und von der Strasse gar nicht und von Nachbarn fast nicht einsehbar. Es war unser erster Salzwasserpool und das hat uns gut gefallen. Das Wasser ist nur leicht salzig, mit Meerwasser nicht zu vergleichen und dafür nicht gechlort. Das Meer ist direkt vor der Haustür und der Strand war hier nie überlaufen. Das kleine Ortszentrum mit dem täglichen Markt und kleinen Supermärkten ist fußläufig erreichbar. Der Markt ist wirklich klasse und bietet in Markthallen auch Metzger, Fischstände, Bäcker, etc. An der Küste und im direkten Hinterland gibt es Möglichkeiten zum Wandern und Mountainbiken.
