No no! The call photo is not a catalog photo! This is THE VIEW that our DOMINANT VILLA will offer you!
Do you find it too big for you?
Come with friends or family, it will offer you space (not to mention, for 2 or 3 couples, the costs are also shared ...)

The front terrace allows you to take your numerous meals (large table with extension). The rear terrace, well "cocoon" will allow you to laze around. Both will offer you shade or sun simultaneously.
The interior is contemporary and in perfect condition. (see the 2 reviews since our recent arrival on this site).

You will find:
STAGE 1
-Very bright living room.
-Very functional kitchen.
-A bathroom with new walk-in shower! (Separate toilet)
-A closed loggia with BZ (2 beds), large bay which allows a direct exit to the rear terrace.
FLOOR 2:
-Two beautiful bedrooms with 160 beds (made of two 80 cm beds that can be brought together or separated), or 2 x 2 beds
-A cabin room with window (2 bunk beds + a bed-drawer, or 3 beds of 90)
-A shower room, a WC.
-And ...... a terrace (open or closed depending on your choice): the beautiful sea view will accompany you to read, have a coffee, relax, enjoy the South and the sun!
You also have the option of adding a baby cot (not supplied). And to take advantage of 3 other beds on the terrace (a folding bed of 90 and a BZ). Or, maxi, 12 people.

* closed courtyard where your children can play in peace, and where you can also park your car
* cupboards, wardrobes, plenty of storage space will improve your comfort
* mobile barbecue + plancha
* 9 beds in the bedrooms; additional beds are possible (living room BZ and terrace upstairs)
* the location of our house will allow you not to take the car, either for shopping or to go to the beach (300m).

C'est idéal pour profiter de bonnes vacances en famille
La maison est un endroit où vous pourrez vous reposer, lire, etc..., après une baignade à la plage ou d'une visite en Occitanie. C'est une très grande maison comme montrent les photos et la description, très confortable et équipée, et bien situé. L'arrivée à la maison a été très affectueuse dès le premier instant comme tous les contacts pour savoir comment localiser l'endroit avant de partir de Madrid comme de quitter le logement. C'est Idéal pour passer de bonnes vacances en famille et se sentir bien. Merci beaucoup à tous! Bárbara et famille

Super séjour en famille et amis
Très bon séjour à 8 personnes dans une maison agréable avec tous le confort nécessaire et surtout une magnifique vue sur la mer. Tout peux être fait à pied cela est super pratique (mer, magasin, resto,....) Merci à Florence pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Le seule bémol, la semaine est passé trop vite nous serions bien rester encore !

Très bonnes vacances à Saint-Pierre La Mer dans une belle villa avec vue sur mer
Très belle et grande villa avec une superbe vue sur la mer ; les 2 terrasses sont très appréciables ainsi que la proximité du village et de la mer : 5 minutes à pied. Je conseille vivement cette location.
