Frequent flyer who had a terrible experience

The room had dirty covers and pillow cases on them. Went downstairs no one was at the desk to change them. Had to sleep on the bare bed

We (92-year-old Brother and his daughter along with my wife and I) had a wonderful stay. Staff was great and the room was clean other than the floors were slightly dirty. Particularly in the bathroom. We miss the breakfast since this hotel did not provide a complimentary breakfast or a fee breakfast. But we would stay again. Again, the staff were extremely nice and friendly. Thank You!!!

Charged my card on file for an additional night even though I booked/paid through Expedia. I’ve been trying to get a refund to 2 months and conveniently the manager is never available. I’ve been told that my information will be passed along and someone will reach out to me and they never do. The room was poorly cleaned and twice during my stay housekeeping attempted to enter my room without knocking or announcing themselves.
