Excellent place to stay in Florence. Right beside the Santa Maria Novella train station. This is a big apartment (very unusual in Europe), with a full kitchen and huge balcony in the back. No T.V. in the bedroom. Very comfortable place and clean. Highly recommend.

The overall stay was good. The check-in process can be quite tricky because you have to check in within a 4 hour window (3pm-7pm) or you will be charged a fee and it's also based on availability. Beware there is no one available if you have an emergency from 8pm - 8:30am. Phones are unanswered and there is no one on site to help. We were locked out of our apartment and we were unable to contact anyone to help us. We ended up calling the Fire Department to get us into the apartment. The building is very secure and is located conveniently across the street from the train and tram station. You hear a bit of noise from being so close but it's not too bad. The paint on the walls needs a refresh but the apartment was well stocked with the necessities, except cleaning supplies.

Solo Stay In Firenze
I like to stay central to the city center and this place was absolutely perfect. It’s literally right across from the Firenze SM Novella Station and walking distance to the Duomo, tons of restaurants and shops and was secured entry which was very important as a solo female traveler. The apartment itself was very spacious and quite big in comparison to other stays in Europe. The only thing I could see being an issue is given how close to the trains you might be bothered by the noise but the bed was so comfortable I had no issues myself. The host was very communicative which is a huge plus.

Property was precisely as described. Clean, secure and comfortable, 2 minutes walk from main station and less than 10 mins walk from city centre. Was met very promptly on arrival by the agency host and shown around. The second sofa bed wasn't made up on arrival but host responded promptly by providing sheets. Communication was great and very happy with this stay!

We had a one bedroom apt here. Enjoyed the kitchen. Steps away from the train station, still very walkable to the Duomo and Uffizi. Host is really nice to wait outside the building to check us in. Only minor issue is sometimes in the night there might be very exciting people singing or chanting. But this may be a common issue for the whole city.

Was just Okay.
The location is great and the apartment is spacious. Coffee was provided and a washer/dryer was available which was great. Having to be on a timeline to checkin is tough if you are coming in from out of town. Extra $40 for late checkin is too much. We turned off the heat in Oct because it was hot and stuffy.. the bedroom faces the busy street and train station so it was really noisy. Also, it requires multiple codes and keys to get into the building complex, then into bldg. 1, then int o the room- not super easy and every time I turned the locking knob to get into the room by fingers were scraped. would probably just get a regular hotel room next time.

Great place to stay!
The apt was clean and spacious and was conveniently located right across the street from the train station and in walking distance to many attractions. It was also close to a super market and restaurants. Our host was very nice, she met us late in the evening and helped us find the apt. The only thing I would have liked was a more comfortable bed (it was soooo hard) and a bigger shower (it was very small). Other than that, it was a great place to stay, I would stay again.

Good place for family!
It was great place to stay with family. Enough number of beds, 2 shared laundry machines, clean room, good location just next to the station. I will definately come back here when I will stay in Firenze again. There was a guy assisted our check-in and he was very kind of explaining everything. Thank you very much!

The property is in a great location with it easy to get around the city with train and bus stop’s literally outside the door or other attractions within walking distance. Some amenities and the cleanliness of the floors could be improved, however, overall it is a great property.

Very clean, felt safe, directly cross from SM Novella train station, the Hop on and off bus stop and luggage storage place. I would stay here again. But I did feel a little pressure to get here at exactly our meeting time, since we were arriving by train from another city.

【良かった点】 鉄道駅に至近でとても便利でした。 管理会社のCarloさんが親切で、コツが要るドアの開け方で困った時に速やかに駆けつけてくれました。 【改良すると良い点】 キッチンのシンク(流し台)上部に照明がなく、調理の際暗くて不便だった。　食器洗い用のスポンジも欲しい。 掃除用具(床ほうき、ちり取り)がなく不便。 シャワーブースの排水口掃除が行われておらず、詰まっていた。　トイレットペーパーのホルダーが無く、ロール紙の使用時に不便だった。

駅そばで快適。セキュリティ万全
立派なキッチン（食洗機・レンジ・コンロ・大きな冷蔵庫・エスプレッソマシーン）があるがバスタブなし。 駅から３分で便利。スーパーやマーケットもそば。 チェックインは15〜19時で、それ以外は有料。 チェックイン後は暗証番号で部屋に入る。 スタッフは常駐しないのでワッツアップで連絡。 トイレットペーパーや、シャワーの排水が貯まるのを連絡するとすぐに来てくれました。 チェックアウトは、鍵を部屋に置いた写真を送るだけで簡単です。 快適でしたので次回もここに泊まります。

Estadia excelente, em frente a estação de trem, Antonio muito cordeal e explicou tudo. O unico porém que devido ao calor, eles precisam de um ar condicionado melhor, que gele mais os ambientes.
