This property is beautiful. The service was outstanding. The front desk staff were very helpful and professional. The gardens are full of serenity. The only thing we did not like is the bed. It was uncomfortable and gave me a backache. Loved the restaurant and the food provided. Dinner was outstanding and well worth the price. I would recommend renting a car as getting taxi to get there was really hard even with rideshare apps. We appreciated the shuttle service to explore Florence.

La Dolce Vita!
Absolutely beautiful hotel in a wonderful location. The hotel grounds were lovely and it was a short walk to the Piazzale Michelangelo for a gorgeous sunset view of Florence from across the Arno! Dinner in the hotel was nice and the wine selection superb.

Such a lovely place to stay, its exactly what you want from an Italian villa! The gardens are amazing and the rooms are modern but still with authentic italian touches such as shutters on the windows Great views of main Florence from the hotel and they offer a free shuttle service at certain times but it is a lot of uphill walking if you dont get the shuttle The restaurant served amazing food and it was very reasonably priced, there is also a lovely bar on the premises We would definitely return here again for a romantic getaway

The property was beautiful, clean and the staff spoke and understood English. Food was good and the shuttle into town was very convenient. My only complaint, and so minor, is the a/c was turned off and the rooms were a little stuffy. However, we could open the windows, which helped.

We only had a one night stay at Villa Agape, but wish we could have stayed longer. The gardens are beautiful. Such a peaceful haven out the crowds and hustle bustle in Florence, but with easy proximity to the major sites and museums. I would definitely stay there again on our next visit.

Staying in Florence is always special, but this villa really made our trip. We opted for a quieter stay away from the city center and this gave us the best of both worlds. With the exceptional shuttle service and easy Ubers at night, this is easily a place we would love to revisit.

Location was wonderful with great views. The shuttle to and from the city was a plus. The grounds have an outdoor garden where you can enjoy drinks. Breakfast had good options. Room was fairly small, had no A/C available for October only heater. Sara front desk attendant was very helpful and kind.

Incredible Italian Villa Hotel, a Must Stay Place!
Absolutely amazing place to stay! The staff were so friendly, nice, and the service, 100%! Top, 5 star Villa hotel only 20 or so minutes from down town Florence. The grounds and buildings are truly stunning, rooms/beds are top notch, and the breakfast was so good! You can't beat this place for its value, location, and history period!

Away from the crowds. Quiet and park like. You need to take a taxi to get to and from this hotel but they have a terrific, free shuttle and operates from 9AM- 1PM and 4PM-8PM there gets you in walking distance to the center of the city making it really accessible.
