Location was undoubtedly great. It was very easy to walk around and go to everywhere. You can easily go to train stations or restaurants from the hotel. Room was clean and staff was warm and friendly. However, the wall was not soundproof. We could hear the neighbors talking from our bed.

Really nice staff, great breakfast and on an active street with plenty of restaurants and stores ,and all of that shuts dow at a reasonable hour so it is a quiet street at night. We loved this place

Walking distance from the train station, safe area with many eating options around. The front desk staff was very friendly. Had a very restful sleep. The buffet breakfast had a varied selection of fruits, pastries, etc. The place is not suitable for people with mobility issues, as there is no elevator on that historic building. You have to navigate some steps, nothing hard for a person without health issues.

Lovely hotel in the middle of florence not far from Station. Lovely staff, room and breakfast. Very clean room with extremely comfy beds!! Wonderful restaurants around

If you are traveling with lots of luggage be prepared to haul your luggage up 2 flights of stairs just to get to the front desk, and around the hotel in general, even on the first floor. Rooms are clean but very small, bathroom very spacious, great location.

Our stay was awesome. We enjoyed there so much. The location is perfect and they are polite. The room was clean and quiet. We didn't need any transportation to go anywhere. Just one thing, there are many steps and there is no help for the luggage. I strongly recommend this hotel.

It’s a great location and it’s very nice to be on that side for easy access to most attractions and shopping. It’s an old building but kept up and the staff were wonderful. Even walked us to the train station for the airport and helped with the ticket.

This hotel is great - clean, comfortable - nice to come back to after a day of exploring. It’s in the heart of Florence and everything is right outside the hotel. I would stay here again.

Great place so close to everything
Great hotel in the heart of the city. Literally dozens of restaurants out the front door. Market & Mercato Centrale around the corner. Walkable from train station. The rooms are large and well kept for an old building. The staff is wonderful & friendly. Nice selection for breakfast, which is included. It's not a big chain hotel breakfast, but something for most. The woman who sets up and cleans the tables is very hard working. Always running around and making sure things are clean and you have everything you need. A pleasant find by accident.

I have to say that the concierge, Alessander (hope I spelled that right!) absolutely made our stay worthwhile here. He is outstanding, very personable and knowledgeable about the area. He gave us great recommendations for gelato, wine, and transportation. Though there is a bit of a climb to get to the main lobby, the rooms are comfortable and the free breakfast is great!

Very close to all sight seeing venues. 7 minute walk from airport tram . 7 minute walktotrain station . Street hotel on has 11 restaurants witb outdoor seating. From hotel front door looking into laneway, restaurant on left for lunches and restaurant on right for dinner. Catch the lemon drop for after dinner relaxation.

Staff are very friendly and helpful! Location is convenient and central to all areas. Room was very quiet despite street noise. Air conditioner worked very well in 100 degree temps during the day.
